What is cyber bullying?
Cyber bullying is when kids or teens use any electronic device like an e-mail, phone, IM and chat rooms to hurt others. They use these tools to bully people and sometimes tell them mean things that are inappropriate to say.
When kids get e-mails that are hurtful and mean its like having a bully come home with them and they can not escape it.
